Apple이 HTC에 승리, HTC 단말기 미국내 수입 금지.

미 국제 무역위원회는 Apple이 기존에 소유한 전화 번호와 E 메일 주소 등을 감지하는 특허에 대해 HTC가 침해하고 있다고 판단하고, 2012년 4월 19일(목) 이후 부터 출시된 HTC의 안드로이드폰 수입 금지 명을 내렸다고 합니다.
또한, HTC는 적어도 4월 19일(목)까지 이 기능​​을 제거하거나 특허 침해에 맞지 않는 방법으로 전환해야 한다고 합니다.
